I wanted buy a ticket to ferry to get to M'Pai Bay on Koh Rong Sanloen, and they sold me ticket to ferry which doesn't stop on M'Pai Bay. From another beach I needed take a slowboat which costs 20$ each way, so be careful with this company!

Rented scooter from Mottah for five days, everything was perfect as agreed and also price was brilliant. After return staff managed for me pickup with shuttle bus that I booked for the way to the main city. 👍 for Mottah for their approach, can only fully recommend their professional services.

Very friendly and English speaking staff. Here you can book all kinds of tours or bus tickets. They also rent motor scooters and can procure visas.

Shocking customer service. We came here to renew our business visa for 6 months. We were told that our invitation letter was unsuitable as there was no company stamp. We told them it would take about a week for us to get a new one as the company we are doing business with the CEO was on holiday. The lady told us that was fine, that we would just have to pay $5 per day overstay not including the weekend. When we returmed the following week she told us "oh my god, you've overstayed a lot- you have to pay 7 days overstay at $10 per day" (it was actually only 5 days overstay, which included the weekend). She denied having told us it was $5 a day, even though we both clearly remember her saying that and we would never have left it if we had known it was $10 a day overstay we would have just got the 1 month visa while we waited for the invite letter. Don't bother coming here to get your visa extension unless you want to be told blatantly false information which ends up costing you an arm and a leg.

Really bad. They sold me a boat tour wich had loud music in speakers that was on the brink to brake of the volume, terrible food, except for the breakfast, the snorkling equipment had mould on it and snorkling meant: swimming in a currant without fins with absolutely nothing to see. Two people drifted away and when the staff tried to save them, they drifted too, so they haf to lift the anchor to pick them all up. The boats name was Happy something, but I am most irritated on the agency that recommended me to take this boat that had nothing of what specifically asked for. Dont trust them.
