Absolutely lovely staff. There is a restaurant and food is delicious at any time of the day. The swimming pool is clean and perfect to cool off between or after exploring the city. The bedroom is pretty quiet and fresh even if high temperatures. It's not exactly downtown but is only 2km easily reached by cheap tuk tuk or bikes are available for no additional cost. Bus tickets have reasonable price as other tours.

Very lovely guesthouse, friendly and helpful staff, especially Leda (not sure about the spelling), she is pretty much the manager there. It's definitely not downtown, but if you're looking for a clean and quiet place to stay it's just right. Very affordable too.

Its an ok house, but taking account the distance from the center city they obviously need a better management of the place.
The place has a lot of mosquitoes and the swimming pool isnt that clean; plenty of insects are on the surface. And one ball is missing from the pool.
But good thing is that the food isnt too expensive (about 3 or 4$, still they never have all the menu available).
In the morning there were no skilled staff for the check out, so they couldnt use the credit card machine.
Place is great with few unexpected flaws

Very good guesthouse, Nice bedrooms at the pool!! Very good food in the restaurant for a fair price. The people are very friendly, ask for a bike and go in the city. We stayed here more days than expected!!

Tranquil, quiet, beautiful guesthouse just outside of Battambong. Food is really good and cheap. They can arrange busses, boats, tuk tuks and tours for reasonable prices.
