We booked this hotel via our travel agent and we are very happy with the recommendation. The staff are super nice and the rooms are modern, very tidy and bigger than we expected.
Very good hotel!
Service perfect they are very nice, the room is perfect and clean
The breakfast is good also
Hotel very clean and beautiful
The bed was quite good.
The location is convenient.
The staff were the worst part. They ruined our stay.
We were staying for one night and departing early in the morning -- leaving by 6:30am. This was clearly communicated to the staff member who handled our check-in.
We wanted to pay for the room on arrival but were refused -- it seemed to be an English communication problem. But they still took the card details as security.
We also left our suitcases to be stored for two days. On pick-up I discovered that they were never locked away. They were just tucked around a corner but still in the public part of the lobby. Also, on pick-up the porter interrogated us about where we were going next when were already clearly had our own tuk tuk.
Breakfast It was clearly written and told to us that breakfast is served from 6am. So we went to have breakfast at 6am. Very little was ready and five or so staff were milling around, slowly getting things ready but did not acknowledge us at all. We were and inconvenience to them.
Check out was excruciatingly slow!
Nobody was available to check our room (minibar) so the receptionist checked it himself. When he finally came back it took at least amother five minutes of faffing around to print the invoice, take my credit card payment, print the receipt, put it in an envelope and finally hand it to me.
Compared to every other hotel we stayed in Cambodia the Queen Grand staff were hopeless.
The room had the expected features but was let down by some big issues. The windows didn't seal properly so outside noise was loud. There was a nasty step between the room and the bathroom. A small step is normal but this one was big enough to trip us almost every time.
The entire hotel had a musty smell too.
One of boutique hotel in Phnom Penh. The one that I don't like is the road in front of the hotel that still dirt. Even they have main road just walk from the hotel. The room so nice. But seems the price is over.
Our room was spacious, clean, and up to date. The staff very nice, the breakfast that was included was quite good and best of all was the location. Close to the palace and walking distance to many restaurants and bars and the promenade along the river.
This is a great hotel with very attentive and capable staff, comfortable and modern rooms. Location is very good. Recommended!
Great hotel. Clean, new room. Helpful staff. Well priced. We quite like the roof top bar also.
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here. Everything was of a very high standard. Our room was very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Very quiet. Good aircon. The pool and bar facilities great. We enjoyed a dinner here, with exceptional customer service and a great Chef. I received two massages here and I never felt better. Was definitely worth paying a small amount extra to receive top class massage in clean, relaxing atmosphere of the spa in this hotel. We also booked a sunset cruise from the tour desk, which was perfectly organized. The con siege staff were also fantastic, friendly and polite. My daughter and I will be staying in this well located, clean, friendly hotel again.
Lovely little hotel. Spotlessly clean throughout. Only downside is the city is resurfacing the road outside the hotel. This makes it difficult for taxis to get to the door. (should be finished March 2018)
Lovely, modern, boutique hotel. Decent sized, clean, rooms. Great bang for buck. My only complaint is re the lack of 24 hour room service. Great breakfast buffet, with a la carte options.
clean, reasonably priced
Good hotel. For business work
One of my favourite hotels in SE Asia: located in a perfect, very central spot; lobby is beautiful; rooms are very thoughtfully decorated and blast a balcony. Overall very happy with the experience.
It is quite near to all the places and also to the river front.spacious rooms with good views from the fourth and fifth floor.spa seemed a little bit on the expensive side.restaurant is also too congested and if you are in a big group you will HV difficulty in finishing the breakfast and catching a flight.
Cosy and centrally located. Friendly staff with good clean rooms
Very nice place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff.
Nice service not to big hotel
Close to the royal palace, close to a lot of bar's, close to the water front, breakfast buffet has just the right amount of food. Happy hour is buy one get one free from 2 to 5 pm for cocktails. Blue hawai, mojito, and cosmo were my favorites.
Roof top bar. Faced cleanliness issues twice - once a dirty bathroom second a lizard in the room. Good location. Access to the hotel a bit messy.
Very nice mid range hotel close to river and royal palace. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, our room was large and immaculate with a balcony overlooking the street. The breakfast was excellent but that was the only meal we had there so can't comment on other meals. We thought the hotel was on the river and were initially disappointed to find it is a couple of blocks away. Once we settled in we found it to be a good location in a quiet street with an assortment of restaurants and bars close by.
