Good enough!
Would be 5 if not for the tuk tuks lurking out front.
A good budget stay.
The Diamond Palace Hotel is in a great location, extremely central only a few minutes away from the Grand Palace. Tuk-tuks line the streets in front of the hotel so you will have no problem getting around the city.
The price is not unreasonable and fits the bill of budget accommodation.
The hotel doesn't have a kitchen but there are plenty of restaurants around all of which are affordable.
We encountered no problems during our stay which was pleasant. We would recommend the Diamond Palace to fellow backpackers.
There are no iron, the refrigerator is broken, the toilet is a bit dirty. I've stayed here for 3 nights and there is one staff quite rude to me when I asked for daily mineral water while others are nice. Booked through traveloka and the description said with breakfast but there are no breakfast and not even have restaurant. This place is not for elderly and people have problems with legs because the stairs are very steep and no lift available *btw I don't have problems. You can get better service from other hotel with the same price I think.
Cheap rooms; but does what you need; shower; toilet and a comfy bed.
Nice little boutique hotel closer to Angkor Wat than most budget hotels
Pros:good location,cheep rooms,nice view from room,historical place,stuff is very polite.Cons: bad soccets,small rooms,many insects in rooms.
Hated it this place has no view and terrible rooms broken cupboards bed and fridge on arrival no lift and like 10 sets of stairs to the room
Good value for money and good location
