I arrived Otres Orchid with lovely aroma of the sea, the breeze, the sound of the warm monsoon rain & flute playing in the distance.Clean, basic with a hammock out in the front of every bungalow chalet. I wish I could live here all the time, then I would seriously do something about the mess, mainly plastic in the surrounding area of Otres. I've heard it has become worse over the years

Loved the hut, felt so authentic. Fan was actually better than air con in my opinion! Mosquito net included. So close to the beach too and just felt very comfortable there. Only gripe is we stayed 3 nights and no staff cleaned the room in this time (which doesn't bother me but it's worth mentioning as some people want regular cleaning,) a nearby bar played loud music quite often late at night and the staff barely spoke more than necessary, no customer service just bang here's your room, pay us and we leave you. Would stay here again as now I know what to expect.

Nice and clean bungalows with fan or a/c at 50 m from beach. It is now or never to experience Otres beach !! The Chinese are buying all the land possible to conctruct enormous buildings going from casinos to flats. Already the small Otres village is dying. The last resisting huts and bungalows on the beach will desappear completely within 5 years. Also all nature will disappear and make place for concrete, golfgourses and artificial gardens. So hurry if you want to live the end of wild Sihanouk.

The bungalows are close to the beach, clean and relatively calm (depending on neighbours since bungalows stand close to each other). Professional organization and staff. Boats to islands can be booked at the reception.

This place was perfect if you are not looking for a place with bar or restaurant. Bungalows had everything you need. So if you really need to stay in Otres then this is a good spot. But I would suggest skipping Otres all together. It's not clean and depending on the day the water is also a large trash bin.

Lovely place. Bungalows with Hammock are just amazing. Place is not right on the beach but you can easily go there. Nice staff. Small shop inside.

Receptionists were friendly and helpful.
I could hear the bass sound playing all over the night.. so awful.

Everything we needed for our trip to Otres. Nothing spectacular but the hut was exactly what we needed and the aircon was great. The people at the front desk were very helpful and very accommodating. Only complaint was that there was a bar nearby that played loud music every night until 6am. Would recommend the hut over the bamboo bungalow. A simple pair of ear plugs will do the trick. A stones throw away from the water as well. Highly recommend.
