Nice quiet gem close to everything. Good breakfast, clean rooms, well working air con. Love being right by bassac lane so I can walk to bars, restaurants, and street food. My favorite place to stay in pp

Good value, but honestly a touch old and dingy. BUT, trotsdem (despite the downsides) a 5 star rating in its price range for the overall value, service, location, amenities & experience!
Seems like most other joints in this price range are a bit seedy/dodgy but there's an slight air of 'relative' class here ;)response / report this review -

Summary based on one 3 night stay: -great location on a relatively quiet street -closer to many varied restaurants and bars, laundry, convenience store, and ATM -quiet, clean, secure, though door room security is basic -safe -ok air conditioning -no elevator -basic cooked breakfast -decent pool -drinks for sale in lobby at ok primary Recommended

Great places, one of the best hotels we spend a night in. Location central but calm. Spacious, stylish room with modern bathroom and great balcony with a decent view. Nice pool and friendly and English speaking staff, everything was clean. Only breakfast (included) was modest (instant coffee and you choose only one medium-sized dish), but the whole stay was amazing. Highly recommendable! We would always come back here!

Nice hotel with a reactive staff. We arrived at 6:00am by night bus and were supposed to check in at 1:00pm. But the staff made out room so we were able to use it at 10:am !
The room was clean but a bit old. The fridge wasn't working but apart from that everything was fine. Nice swimining pool available, a plus in PP.response / report this review -

They had a promotion for a free airport transfer on their website so it started good. Upon arrival I smelled lemon grass everywhere. My room was adequate and clean with a great mattress. Service was good and the pool was nice. Not a 4 star hotel but definitely a good choice for mid range travelers.
