The bed sheets and towel were stinky , can’t even have a good sleep. The sound of people walking ,opening and closing the door all the whole time was very disturbing.
The gym room is hell!!!
The room was small and packed , loads of people in there and you might died for air hunger!!!
Don’t even think about joining any membership here.
The A/C was broken for a ling time and the temperature here is 40 Degree Celsius.
They had creature living inside the sauna , cockroaches.
The staffs looks tired and most of them can’t speak understanding English.
Worst management.
Wifi is very weak.
Find other hotel in Pnompenh , you will get something better in the same price.response / report this review -

I stayed at the hotel for 1 week and the staff went out off there way to help me as I have a broken ankle. I was offered a wheelchair without asking. I found staff friendly, professional and helpful. A number of staff went out of there way to help me including You Chandara, Nhep Bunthai, Darayoui and Koun Kakada who are a credit to your company.

Just had to stay the night and being close and convenient with airport was biggest asset. Polite staff and quiet environment was the highlight.

A good hotel near airport. Rooms are really big and services are more than three star hotel.
Offers very good local and continental breakfast.
Breakfast time is 6:00-10:30.
There is no smoking room here.
4 is not a good number for them so they don't use 4 as room no.
It's my first stay in Phnom Penh I wish I shall come back again.response / report this review -

Although it is a 5 stars hotel, but don't expect much on this hotel. The service is at 3,4 star level. The only advantage of this hotel is the short distance to Airport

Always stay here when in Phnom Penh. Staff can be very sweet and nice if the right tips are given. Good location with a lot of food around

The location of the hotel is quite far away from the city center (takes about 20mins by car) but I liked that it had a decent shopping center and a market in the same building.
