This hotel it should be the first and biggest one in the city as I know. It located on the hill with great view surrounding. Some rooms are a bit old decorations, and some toilets also not so clean. The price is reasonable. It is a good place if you want to stay as a big ground or team.

Awfull hotel, reception is less than poor, rooms dirty and not cleaned, people don't speak english, some insupportable odors, people crying to speak since 6:30 on the morning. It is not 1 star, it is NO GO place ! Their restaurant and service is even worst !!
