Best view and not far from crab market. Relaxation place with a swimming pool. Nice rest room with western decoration (I think the owner is a French guy). Breakfast included in the room charge for two people and it was really tasty. What I like the most is the surroundings environment. Feel like living in a jungle.

We had arrived late in the evening but the hotel staff was very gracious and welcoming. He helped us to our rooms and got us situated smoothly. The room it self was very quaint. A part from the bathroom the room was lovely and cozy. The bathroom had older styled plumbing with the electric instant water heater for the shower. I’m not complaining though. Water was nice and hot! I didn’t get to use the pool although I wish I had more time to lounge and enjoy the serene greenery. And considering where we were at I actually did not find one mosquito.

A Nice and quiet place we actually needed for holiday. Seafront, comfortable bed and spacious room and huge swimming pool. Very windy all day long. The resort is surrounded by trees and flowers.
A stone throws away from carb market and restaurants, it is like 3 minutes walk.
Very nice owner and welcoming staffs. it is a place I will revisit!response / report this review -

Very nice boutique style resort in Kep, Cambodia, best choice looking over the sea, good breakfast, near Crab market where you can find some good restaurants and fishes shop. Should bring a long with mosquito spray

A beautiful place to stay in Kep. The owner and staff are excellent. They go out of their way to make your stay there very enjoyable. It is located near the beach and across the road from the crab market. You can walk to great food and beverage. The pool is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. I will stay here again.

Stayed for one night. Clean place with very nice garden. It rained for hours, electricity was cut, and generator took over. Generator not powerfull enough to run all rooms with airco. Might be back. Can recommend. Is close to all you can get in Kep.
