  It is the second time that I stay in this guesthouse and will certainly come again. The bungalow is clean, well equipped and nicely decorated, with a nice view on the gardens. The food is delicious, the perfect mix between Khmer and French cuisine (and I would come back just to taste the shrimps again). Possibility to rent 24h motorbikes. Friendly staff and nice owners.

  We had nice time there. Nice swimming pool. Easily accessible by motobike or Tuktuk. Possibility to rent motobike directly at the guest house.

  Good vibe ,nice staff always great to have a pool friendly staff and owners. Wi Fi decent. Definitely with considering if you come to Kep.

  Great service. The room is very clean upon arrival. We had the air-cond room and is very comfortable. The plants in the garden grow in a way to block your view from other guests in the compound. You can see the owner and the staff have eyes for the details. The swimming pool also very clean. It is a salted pool.

  Great little cottages in peaceful location. It's a bit far from townhowever, free bikes and scooter hire. Great food. Really nice pool and a pool table!
