Don't get me wrong, this is a great place for meeting and seminar. Fresh air and beautiful view toward the island.

This is a good hotel in Kep. It is big enough to have lots of rooms to accompany big groups of visitors. We were >50people on a company trip team-building, and it is not easy to find a single hotel to welcome all of our staffs. And in addition, the hotel is in front of the beach. The lunch and buffet dinner were also good.

Nice hotel with polite, friendly staff. Waterfront area was calm and peaceful. The seafood fried rice and club sandwiches were delicious. Room aircon was a little noisy. Power outages happened several times a day. It was a three and a half hours travel from Phnom Penh airport to Kep.

Staff are very nice but
Hote service is very bad .
Water leak in bath room
Hand shower not working
They told buffet available after we purchase 1 day only we had buffet 2nd day not available.
Every where you can see garbage bags without clean
Room service want clean your room until you tell them .
Not worth for money .
Bad experience.
When we ask to meet the manager we are not allowed.
Rude attitude.
Hope this hotel gm take action after see this messege to improve your business

Beautiful and clean swimmingpool, lacking matresses on chairs, no towels provides despite $5 fee for external visitors.

Nice place. Has casino and arcade for family. But only stay for fun. Dont gamble there. Guaranteed to lose all your money
