  very friendly staff, but the room was too expensive. We had a small double room for 46 $ p. night, no balcony and the bathroom was dirty and moldy. Located outside town centre.

  I booked an superior double room (NY) from agoda. When I checked in they said I will have two sets of breakfast, but in fact they asked me 5$ for the second breakfast since I was staying alone.
  The price is about 40% off if you book it from the internet comparing to walk-in.
  The staff were awesome; rooms are clean.
  Location is about 20 mins walking from the bus station. I would definitely recommend it if you get here by a car and at least two people.

  1/ Welcome tea and leaves are impressive.
  2/ Employees are very kind and full of smile:
  They explain Kampot spots in detail, help us pump air for bike, teach us some daily and useful khmer and are always patient for our request.
  3/ The room is big and the bed/pillow are really comfortable. Even more, the bathroom is bigger than my imagine!
  4/ We met a night concert nearby, the surrounding vendor are also surprising!
