  This is my review and recommendation for the company Lead Investigations Cambodia. I have needed to use this company twice over the past year to help resolve financial issues with a Khmer citizen, and I will probably continue to use them at least once more in the future.
  
  I employed this company during the time of Covid 19, when travel to Cambodia was unavailable, and the khmer citizen I was helping had good but not great English skills. I required an outside organization to quickly analyse the situation, and provide me options on how to resolve it. The proprietor quickly gained my trust by outlying steps of action, and then revised those plans as he and we gained more information.
  
  There are two aspects of the organization I really appreciated. First was the ability to talk to the owner, I believe always off the clock, about the case. He always listened to my concerns, and we were easily able to reach consensus on how to proceed. Secondly is the access this company has to resources within Cambodia. This helps a lot when like me you are not living in the country, and do not know the country or the language. The staff are khmer or fluent khmer speakers, and were able to help the individual I was supporting immediately. They were able to gain trust of this individual, and as a result I received a clear picture of what was happening and how to go forward to resolve the problem(s).
  
  For my case there were also legal services that were required, and I was a little shocked at how expensive those are in Cambodia. But I was never concerned about the quality of work done, or that the legal work would be challenged and steps would have to be revisited.
  
  Overall the service is what you would expect where the company is run by the start up owner. He knows his business, cares about it, some supporting services like the generation and sending of balance information may be helpful, but along with that comes the associated bureaucracy. For my purposes, I really valued the flexibility that came with dealing directly with the proprietor of the business directly.
  
  I have no problem recommending this company, and as mentioned, expect to use their services in the future in helping my Khmer friend become financially independent of outside help.
