Just not answering the phone is not something I expect from an international company.
Yes it is a special circumstance and the whole global pandemic thing excuse gets old but for all I care you can still play that card.
But at least have the decency to have someone available to answer the main office's phone to let people know that you are not working.response / report this review -

They really don't know what they are doing here!! The guy was more interested in the contents of my package than in giving me the information I asked for about how long it would take to get to the destination and how much it would cost me! $84!! Stay away. Such a rip off!
