Good place for breakfast. There are a few along Taphul Rd. This is the only French themed restaurant that opens by 6 am, convenient for the early risers.
The Gormand set at $4 is of good value, including fresh juice, fruit platter, coffee, baguette with eggs.
It does have AC for those hot moments in the afternoon. The setting of the restaurant is minimalist and small, and a bit run down from the outside.

The fact that we are spoilt for choice when it comes to great French pastries in this small town is totally weird considering we have nothing here a decade ago, and a taste of Le Pain Du Coeur's pastries today proves that we are indeed spoilt for choice. Yum.

Tasty French pastries for a good price. Flaky pain au chocolate and croissants. Tart au citron looked good. We grabbed items to go and had to next day for early Angkor Wat breakfast.

Really nice place for a pannini or a croque, friendly staff, excellent food and service. Bread and pastries are good, directly from the french boulangerie on the opposite side of the street.

Authentic French bakery with no fancy frills. There is an extensive menu but I came for the coffee and croissants. Really wonderful.

    Simply delicious!
Amazing breakfast and good size too. Bread is crunchy and very well made, served warm with selection of marmelade and tomatoes jam which are yummi. Coffee is good too and the service is very nice, spot on! Nice little cosy place in a characteristic street with a traditional cambodian atmosphere.
I suggest going for an early breakfast to enjoy the quiet morning-traffic.
