Good efficient bus from PP to SR. Only issue was the seats. They are not very comfortable and too narrow. Not a problem if you know the person next to you. Tuk tuk to Pub Street area is $2 but they will first ask for $3.

There are comfortable seats, and the staff's are very courteous. The bus arrives and leaves on time, that's the mini van that it goes around picked up people from specific hotels and location. I'm super happy with their services. 😁

Very basic bus terminal (roof and some chairs) and small office. This is where Giant Ibis bus from Bangkok dropped us off. There are tuktuks waiting outside for new arrivals to take you to your hotel ($2). Our hotel was late picking us up but the employee in the office was nice enough to call the hotel to pick us up.

Even one star is still to much.
They rip tourists off.
The bus from Siem Reap was supposed to stop downtown of Phnom Penh. Instead of stopping there, it stopped outside of town (8km to downtown). So all passengers had to take a remork to town for around 10$.
Take care or just stay away!!!!

But the bus was on time and clean.

We travelled from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh. Terrible customer service. They messed up our visa and didn't even apologise. They didn't try to help fix the problem. Just left us to deal with it at the Vietnamese border. Finally, they left us at the border with no help and wouldn't allow us to get on a later bus. I emailed and went to their office several times but they did nothing to help.

We preferred Ibis vs postal van to get from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. Ibis is comfortable and lots of space. Lost a star because it's a little expensive.

The best public bus company in Cambodia. It has routes from Phnom Penh to provinces such as Siem Reap, Kampot, Sihanoukville. The buses are very new, only a few years old. Service on bus is good, driver drives safely. Price is higher than other bus company. Should be far out in advanced otherwise, it can get fully booked. They also provided pick up from central locations.
