Nice big rooms and the bed was the most comfortable one I have stayed in so far in SEA. My only dislike is no separation between shower and toilet. Your feet WILL get wet in the middle of the night if you shower before bed.

Few problems to mention in no particular order:
    1. Bathroom lighting is too dim. Cannot clearly see yourself in the mirror. Spot lights on either side does not shine light in front of the mirror.
    2. Bathroom is ventilated outdoors through and open window thatv you cannot close. This means mosquitoes can and in my case have come into my room. Keep your bathroom closed.
    3. Bathroom: Fit and finish or the lack thereof. There is tile on the wall with a large crack. A corner piece is broken off and left exposed.
Put one hand on the sink while brushing my teeth and was startled to find the sink can be moved around. I didnt want to be accused of breaking the sink so I slid it back to proper place.
The door has a large hole near the door knob. Overall dirty or moldy caulk.
    4. Hallway is kept dim. Motion sensor will turn on a light but not the entire floor.
    5. Bed room: Overall is fine. Drawers smd cabinet door from the end tables do not work well. Difficult to open and close. Cannot fully close.
    6. Front desk: No issues with customer service.

Serviceable to crash at before an early morning flight, but my least favorite and most expensive hotel during my stay. The roof top restaurant/bar wasn't staffed and it was covered with bird poop. Good view, at least? Door needs the key to un/lock from the inside, so you can actually lock people in. It gave it a weird human trafficking vibe. Room was clean but the bathroom was dim. No information in the room about how to contact the front desk or the spa, which I was actually considering since I had an evening to relax. I had to find the rooftop myself (it's actually the second from the top floor in the elevator). Uncomfortable hard wood furniture in the room. Honestly, I was disappointed. Especially when I was looking next door with the staffed rooftop and the infinity pool. Front lobby was under construction, so pushy tuk tuk drivers were actually coming in to bother people.

I booked a twin bedroom which was on the 7th floor. Good bedroom view Bed was nice and comfortable good AC Good location

It says on the hotel description that they have a roof top bar/Restaurant but all they had was access to the roof top. When I asked reception why upstairs was closed (we went up there twice am and pm to check it out) Reception replied by saying they had a fire there 6 months ago. We then asked if you had a fire is it safe to go up there, he couldn't answer that question. So later that afternoon I thought to ask another staff member just incase there was a language barrier earlier. The kind ladies at reception said they didn't know why it was closed and it was their manager decision as to why. Room Balcony door did not open and close properly, not that I mind but you do need it closed as the street noise is loud. They put towel on the sink, when you remove the towel there is small insects creeping up. After having a shower the water does not drain (that could be an honest mistake)

its an amazing place with great hospitality and nice food but the cleaners will steal your money and valuables if you leave them in your room. keep your valuables in the safe provided in your rooms and you should enjoy your stay without worrying about anything 🤗

Service was good, pretty updated and clean rooms, not many problems with bugs, if you don't like reptiles, beware of the entrance. Location is good, close to royal palace, night market and central market. And if you have the room with the view, be ready to wake up at 530 if you're a light sleeper they do dancing exercise on the street

This is a great location and the prices are very reasonable. The rooftop bar has an amazing view, both during the day and at night, overlooking the Tonle Sap river. The breakfast served is really great and filling, unlike many continental breakfast services.
