Noisy air conditioning, rooms look a bit tired. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Nothing too impressive here but for the price that's what you get I suppose.

Large clean room with lounging area, balcony, good size bathroom & all amenities. Staff are very friendly & attentive. The hotel also has small pool right by the reception area. Breakfast is limited but nicely prepared & served at the restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel is in the best areamany good restaurants, bars & cafes nearby. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. There are many restaurants in the same street(st#57) including the Surin restaurant which offers a very tasty local food. The room was quite large with a sitting area and balcony. It has a swimming pool but it opens to the reception area making the pool more of a decorative space. The staff are very nice and though there is no tour desk they were more than happy to arrange tours,car and tickets. The free breakfast is served at Brono cafe on the ground floor with 2 choices plus coffee or tea. The pancake with fruit was good. The only drawback about this hotel is the noise from many constructions around it. It makes it unpleasant to sit in the balcony or the pool. If you don't mind the noise which start at 6:30 am this hotel is a good choice. There are also many restaurants at st#51 a short walk from the hotel. The water front is also 15 minutes walk from the hotel

This hotel is great. The location is superb, the room is great, and the staff are pretty helpful. There are many restaurants in the area, and you can take an early morning walk at a nearby park.

we stayed at this hotel for 7 days in May 2014 and found it to be more than expected. the room is big and clean. the service was great, staff are always helpful and friendly.
it is nicely located, walking distance to most places such as independant monument, river front, lucky market etc. the rate was also a lot cheaper than most hotels in same area. i would recommend this hotel to anyone who is fussy about cleanliness and great service. i will definately stay here every time i come to Phnom Penh.response / report this review -
