We bought a bus ticket bus with them. Everything went well, except that they lied about almost everything regarding the bus itself. They told it was a nonstop bus, it stopped 3 times. They sad the bus had bathroom, lie. They said it was a VIP bus with the seats turning almost into bus, it was a 20 year old bus.

Be careful what you book with them and don't believe what they tell you. They work with the tuk tuk drivers to bring in tourist and the drivers get a commission from the agency. They will lie about what buses are available and try to convince you there are no other options but the ones they are trying to sell. If u r buying a bus ticket try to get it from your hotel instead or book online with giant ibis.

We've rented 2 e-bikes for a day. It went out of battery after 5 kilometers. We had to wait a long time before they come and change the bike. The new e-bike also went out of battery after few minutes driving. We lost a lot of time and money and the manager didn't seem to understand that he ruined our day in Angkor.

I've booked an overnight coach (bed) and boat tickets to Koh Rong with them. My bed was wrong, tiny and infested with cockroaches the driver mistreated ppl and nobody came to pick us up to the port as agreed. Stay away! Scam!
