Beautiful hotel, lovely setting and gardens. Friendly staff and an ice tea on arrival. Off the main road so nice and quiet. Upper floors have little balconies with views.
Breakfast buffet was ok but not amazing.
Our aircon didn't work which was the only issue. The hotel was full so they couldn't change our room and couldn't fix it so we did the night with a fan. Next night they upgraded us. Was a bit painful but they were accommodating. Would stay again.response / report this review -

KouPrey is a nice clean hotel, but it’s a bit out from the city’s center and at the moment there’re so many Chinese group staying here. Whenever the group comes in or out, the noice spreads over the whole building. They should have setup the soundproof in order to reduce the disturbance and breakfast should be also improved and the quantity and quality are still limited. However the staffs are friendly and helpful here.

Centrally Situated – Helpful Service
18 of us, travelling with Jetwing Travels from Sri Lanka, stayed at Kouprey hotel for three nights 22nd, 23rd and 24th November 2017. As we entered, we were provided with a welcome drink. Rooms were promptly provided as we were expected. One of us who was on a wheel chair was accorded special privileges attending to his needs and accompanying to his room.
The room and bathroom were clean. So were the bed linen – white and the beds well made. Free WiFi password came with the room key. The room included a fridge, was air-conditioned and incorporated a TV and a kettle with facilities to make tea or coffee. The hotel boasted of an outdoor swimming pool with a small garden.
We had breakfast at the hotel. The service was good. Both Cambodian and western food was available. The service at the restaurant too was good, the staff being very helpful.
The view from the room was not that great facing some slums on the left side – but the service and facilities provided are great and compensates the view. Each room has a little balcony where you can sit and enjoy the freshness of the evening and have nice beer.response / report this review -

I loved kouprey hotel in siem reap! I would go back tomorrow if I could! Being from Scotland it might take me a while to save up to go back to Cambodia 🇰🇠but I wish I could it was amazing! I miss this place!

My stay from 1st-4th november at this hotel is very pleasant. The staff made my stay here very comfortable and the hotel room is absolutely clean. This would be my choice for the next visit

Fantastic!! Superior service, clean and comfortable rooms, wonderful swimming pool, good breakfast, nothing but a good experience for us. We will definitely be coming back. Can't beat the price and all that you get for it!!
