Nice staff, nice pool, quite place, nice view, not far from center and major cites, nice room (bed, ac, TV, shower and toilet, clean), moderate price compared to same facilities in other hotels.
Negative: no food variety, some rooms have toilet at the entrance, some rooms have no flooring, yet I give it 5 stars.

Really amazing place to stay when in siem reap. Good staff, sweet facilities and awesome swimming pool. The only problem is the noise coming from the big buses parking in the hotel besides early in the morning. Also the road to this hotel is just a mess mainly rocks and dirt.

Far away from the center. A lot of dust and the rooms are made of gypsum board which means you literally here everything from the next room. The two stars going only for the super kind guy and ready to help receptionist.

This is a modern and cozy gem in Siem Reap! The place is cozy and full of greenery! We stayed there one week and the rooms were good; with cleaning and new towels every day. The people working in the reception were very helpful and friendly. Our favourite thing with this place was the pool that we took use of every day. This BB was definitely worth the $8 dollars per day that we paid! We would recommend this anyday to budget travelers in Siem Reap.

There are not many things to improve, we really enjoyed our stay there, but you should be aware of location which is not in the best place. With that price it's really good. I've attached some photos of inside and outside, it's hard to believe but it's real. :D

A cute little inn hidden in one of the narrow streets of Siem Reap. Service is great and welcomes you with necessary info you'll need in touring the city. The rooms are simple and hip. I think the price per night is a real steal. Would come back here.

It's inexpensive, but so are the amenities: the bathrooms have mildew; the rooms on the ground floor are poorly insulated: you'll hear every movement from the floor above.

Very friendly staff. Cheap yet fancy. A/C rooms are perfect. Clean place, with daily cleaning service. Nice clean pool right in the center. We love this place. Stayed a week.

Lovely room with great pool, friendly staff and easy for airport, Angkor Wat and Siem Reap town. No breakfast but the hotel next door has a buffet breakfast for $4.

This is a new build and we really enjoyed our time. Very good value for money.

Our room was well maintained and serviced each day. All rooms have a pool view.

A little off from the main stretch of town (pub street) 20-25 minute walk or $2 in a tuk tuk who are always waiting outside.

We relaxed by the pool for a day and it was great, very clean. The pool was cleaned daily. There is a bench in the pool so you can sit and do whatever. We saw guests reading, watching videos or just simply taking it all in with music in the background.

We had our laundry done here too. It was a little expensive $2 for 1kg but it was done within 24hours.

At night dogs from around the area would all start barking and it would wake you up! Unfortunately this is a big negative. They don't have a restaurant on site but there is one next door. Their bar wasn't up and running yet but they had cold drinks (soft and alcoholic) available in a fridge.

Overall our stay here was fantastic. The staff were great, great level of English and good amount of knowledge of the surrounding area.

I stay there 2 night all good ! Just little far from center but 15 min Walk is okand a good preparation for angkor by the way prefer the tuk tuk its hot there

Pretty nice swimming pool and nice room but full of mosquitoes. Really noisy if you're downstairs. 20 minute walk from city center. Little bit expensive laundry service and bike rental.

Awesome service and a beautifully designed hotel. They were super helpful with making trips to Angkor Was and also getting a bike rental.
