I give the 5 stars because of the price of rent I feel is a deal and I like the owner. He is a pretty nice guy and he speaks English well. I like living here. No problems for me. :)

The best place to stay if you are in Siem Reap! Here's why:
-free water
-free airport pickup!
-very quiet location away from the loud traffic
-clean spacious rooms
-private bathroom with hot water
And most importantly
-Great host! The owner and his family are always there and willing to help out with whatever you need. They have great advice on anything to do with Angkor Wat.
I dare say that this was the best place we stayed in all of Cambodia.
