Cannot sleep well at night as the room is creepy due to poor lighting or maybe old furniture. Also there is a mirror infront of my bed which make my sleep even more uncomfortable. Don't know why the hotel install 2 mirror in a bedroom. Toilet is creepy too. Even hallway is creepy in the day time. Breakfast not a buffet breakfast. Breakfast not good too: eating outside will be better. Service not good. Suppose to stay 2 night in Battambang but change hotel the next day.

Good location but this is a rundown hotel. Bedding and towels stained, pool and table tennis areas also used to store junk. Stay somewhere else

Hotel seems very outdated. Everyone in the hotel spoke poor English so it was pretty hard to communicate. The breakfast is terrible. Not worth staying here for the high price when elsewhere can get you much better accommodations. The only positive was that the rooms were pretty clean and room service was good.

This hotel was ok, although many things should be improved. It has facilities like a billiard table and a roof top restaurant. Even though they have an inside swimming pool, we didn't use it, even after a long day under the sun, as it didn't look nice. The room was comfortable, but the cleaning service could be better (we found our pyjama's on the bedside lamp). Although the staff was helpful, their smile was rare and their english quite poor. Concerning the breakfast, we advise you not to take it there. Hence we would say that this hotel is ok if you stay no longer than one night.

This hotel have good view, because it along the river. They have a swimming pool, but it so quiet. They have a restuarant on the top floor, that bring a good choice for visitors who come to this hotel. Also, they have a free breakfast service for 1-4 customer in each room, but if 5 up maybe get paid. I think this palce look like a historic place, but in fact they have a modern door that access by the access card and it have a alarm system when you forget to close the door. This hotel square miles is not big enough for car parking.

The room is something in between the most fascinating and worse I've ever seen. It's dusty and the breakfast is awful but the view over the river and the lack of taste in the mix of styles makes it interesting

Lovely hotel in a busy city. Room is spacious for 2 people. The bed is comfortable and everything needed is provided.
The hotel seems to be very quiet - the reception area was always quiet. Went to look at the pool area, but didnt use - it is in the basement of the hotel - the pool itself looks clean and nice enough to use - however there are buckets / tools at the end of the room. Not in the sun so probably more suitable for fitness.
The rooms do have balconies, but there is only a window to get out - only a small step over, but wouldn't recommend sitting out there (no chairs to do this anyway).
Price was great and nothing to complain about at all.
The skybar is great for an evening to watch the sun setting over the city and the pries are very reasonable too

Hotel is very tired. People are nice, and rooms are clean, but feels run down. WiFi intermittent.
