  poor customers service, I have bought products and confirmed to delivery next day. But do not see the product delivered until late afternoon, call no answer, didn't notify about delay.

  Worse after sales service ever. Ive bought a JBL earphone from kfour sorya branch, after a month i found there is problem and went back for warranty. Their sales person said would be fix after 3 days or else 1 to 1 change. I went back a week after and the sales person told me it is not fix yet, ask me to come again next 3 days. I said what?,you have promise me in 3 days after but now you tell me different story. If you have problem within the fixing time frame please do not simply promise your customer, they are not very free to come and visit you every time. Very dissapointment to kfour.

  The company imports original electronic products like TV, air-con, fridge, and so on. You can find many product from LG, sum sung, TOSHIBA, SONY, etc
  They also has deliver services for those who needs as well. The service is okay. K-four has many branches in the city, but this is maybe the biggest one.
