  One take documents from Phnom Penh to wait for a collection in Ann Arbor, USA.
  Then another delivery to Malaysia.

  Absolute joke of a company. Stated that delivery would be made by 6pm, then 4pm rolls around and they update my tracking status saying that the business has closed as of today, which is an utter surprise because why would you put an estimated time when your business closes before the clock.
  
  Waited eagerly for my product to arrive, and now I have to wait through the weekend to get hands on it. Pure waste of my time, refreshing my tracking code every hour.
  
  Save yourself the trouble, go with DHL, they are more responsive and their estimated delivery schedule will always work in your favor

  Just picked up a package at this Fed Ex location that was sent from America. From what I can tell this is a Fed Ex independent contractor. I read some of the past reviews, some of which were not very positive.
  Contrary to their experience, my experience was overall a positive one.
  (Remember you are in Cambodia, things work a little differently here)
  
  A few helpful tips..
  When sending a package to Cambodia, consider just sending the package to the actual business location (No 71, Street 242, S/K Chaktamuk,
  Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh) Zip code is not necessary. I think this can save some potential hassle.
  
  As you track the package, wait for the notice that the package has arrived at the Fed Ex facility in Phnom Penh, this means the package is at the address listed above, tracking will not show package as delivered until you physically go there to accept package.
  
  After I received the tracking notice that package was at Fed Ex facility, I called to confirm it was there & then hired a tuk tuk to pick it up in person.
  
  Also, you must bring tracking number & passport to office.
  
  If you ship in the Fed Ex "Extra Large Box" you can basically have it stuffed as full as possible, is cheaper than sending your own box.
  
  Staff was friendly and helpful & English was decent.
  
  Will definitely use this company again :)

  the poorest and expensive service. staff are not professional, cheat , lie. last time wanna return my goods back to uk without mailing me but talk to my supplier that they mail me. this time claim for more cost for delivery to my address. For this four time using this service, they never delivery my parcel to my house. They just only call me to get at their office.

  They did not deliver my package, and also returned that package back to the US. They told me that my street was too difficult to find but I live on Sihanouk Blvd.

  This office is run by a FedEx agent but everything still feels FedEx and reassuring. I dropped off my documents for shipping at this office without problems. Fast and friendly customer service, not too bad prices even for private persons. Sadly they don't take cards, cash only.
  
  Another review here says, they have moved, they haven't.
