  OK - So I have been to this store twice. This is a totally personal review, and it depends how you view customer service. But on the 2 occasions I have been in there I have been pretty shadowed by at least 5 members of staff - no joke.
  
  I just wanted to have a look around and had a couple of purchase ideas, but it was a bit intimidating actually, to have 5 people standing around you at all times watching you at every step.
  
  I dont think it was malicious in any way, I think it was more a case of they have been trained to look after Westerners that come in - so maybe 1 person to be at hand if I need them, great! 2 - ok, maybe 1 has better English and one has more knowledge of computers fine but 5 people really?
  
  anyway, not complaining, I got what I needed, logical price and they gave a receipt (which took 3 people to organise)
  
  So anyway, they were not unfriendly and unhelpful, I am just sharing my own personal experience and feelings on going into this computer store.
  
  Not a bad place, not bad staff, just a bit overkill on customer service in my opinion!

  Good service and neats. Staffs are friendly (but their knowlegde on hardwares are low when it come to deep spec, at least the girls i talked to)
  Now the bad:
  Over-priced on all or most items. Lousy Dell PC (as always, pre-built Dell sucks. Hell, even their alienware sucks.)
  Need long time to upgrade a pc! How hard can it be to just put a bloody RAM?!? A whole afternoon?! That is bullsh**
