Nice place, but the bamboo huts have so many holes in the walls that with the lights on at night they might as well be made of glass, so if privacy is your thing then stay elsewhere.
The mosquito net had just as many holes and I was bitten so many times that I barely slept.

Great place! I felt like home. The people that run Oasis are amazing, super helpful and they just love what they doing.
Even some of my friends that stayed at other places would come every evening to hang out here with me for a while before heading out to town. I came for two nights and ended up staying four. I totally recommend it

Very cozy and quiet place. Planned to stay a few days here and finally stayed 6 months. Stayed in a bungalow first and switched to a room after a while. Both options are affordable and largely underpriced. Garry is a good lad. Very helpful. Free bicycle rental was a plus.

This truly is an oasis within the beautiful riverside city of kampot, we stayed in a wonderful bamboo bungalow equipped with a fan and mosquito net, the walled garden and small plunge pool where great to relax and take in the peacefully surroundings, of a night there is a comfortable bar and lounge to meet your fellow travelers and local expats, there are bicycles free to use and scooters for rent, if you need onward travel Garry your host and owner will organise all aspects of onward travel and tours.
I would recommend kampot oasis to anyone who needs to unwind and just chill

Very friendly place. Gary is a mine of information and really helped me get the most out of my week. It's 15 min walk into town so quiet and peaceful. Choose from a room or a bamboo hut. As a solo woman I felt very safe and enjoyed my stay at Oasis.
