I contacted the agency through their official website. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, especially since I had to rent an apartment through them (with deposit to be paid in advance), without having to possibility to visit it since I was in Europe. The real estate agent CHANTHY has answered all my (hundreds) questions via email, effectively and efficiently, before my arrival to Phnom Penh. Once arrived here, she helped me with everyday-life issues (even buying a phone sim card) and made herself available to discuss more important matters regarding the rent. She always replies to my messages of phone calls, thing that makes the agency trustworth.
I would definetly recommend it to any expat moving to Cambodia or any local trying to find a great deal!

The entire process was a pleasure and I went from homeless to renting a property in 2 days after contacting IPS. I was allocated Chanthy who took care of everything, including buying and fitting bedding on two beds! I was kept well informed all the time and felt like she actually cared about me and my rental requirements. The whole experience was a hassle-free and pleasant experience.

Made arrangements to meet with representative from IPS before traveling to Phnom Penh and exchaned emails with Ny Sreyroth. At our first meeting she described various areas in Phnom Penh that I might be interested in and listened while I explained my preferences. Ny Sreyroth then took me via tuk tuk to veiw various apartments. After making my choice we ran into a snag as my credit card for cash advance was not functioning properly. After I had straightened this out we again met and she assisted me in moving my belongings into my new apartment. Ny Sreyroth was most helpful during all of this. Ny explained the contract thoroughly to me before I signed. Sreyroth was very professional, punctual and helpful in all interactions that I had with her. I’m very grateful for her assistance and I recommend her and the agency she works for anyone seeking assistance in apartment rentals.

I found IPS when searching for office space in Phnom Penh.
When I described to them the needs of our organisation, they understood perfectly and set out trying to match that to the options they showed us.

When we did find the option that suited us, IPS were hugely helpful in managing the relationship and any work to be done between ourselves and the landlord, and have continued to be a great help whenever there has been any issues.

I would definitely recommend IPS!

Chanthy from IPS was very helpful and very professional. She selected excellent properties to our specifications and was quick to respond when our requests changed after seeing some properties and getting a better idea of the reality on the ground. The service was professional, responsive and punctual and Chanthy has an excellent knowledge about what is on offer and what is possible in Phnom Penh. Prior to moving to Cambodia I contacted several agencies. IPS stood out from the first email. Mrs Theavy Chea answered every email instantly (she never seems to sleep! All of the staff always answer instantly!), with highest professionalism and with an amazing sense for my likes and preferences. Theavy has a friendly and naturally-caring attitude that makes me feel comfortable.

I scheduled some visits to suitable apartments in Phnom Penh on the first day after my arrival. It was love at first sight with the second place to which Theavy took me. I got a bit nervous because it is a golden rule that a) searching a new place to live is stressful (HAS to be!), b) all agent are sharks (no exception!), c) and all wonderful vacant apartments must have a skeleton in the closet (why else would they be vacant?!).

Carefully I inspected those closets of my new-to-be place but I could not find any skeleton! Theavy made a very trustworthy impression, for instance by drawing my attention to the construction site close-by. So my stress-level dropped minute to minute. Should my alarm bells ring or should I just accept that with the right agent, things can go differently?

Normally, I am not normally a person that takes such existential decisions lightheartedly. But this was MY apartment! I stopped the tour with Theavy and signed the contract on the very same day (I didn’t dare to tell my family because they would have expected me to be out of my mind). One week later, I moved into a cleaned and newly painted apartment and I have not regretted my spontaneous decision only once. I love my apartment, it is the perfect place for me.

Theavy is great, very-service oriented and all my requests have been attended even if it came to administrative support (i.e. organizing certain documents with local authorities). Theavy’s colleague Chandy has been of great help as well, fixing interrupted internet services or attending any other difficulties. I would like to thank Theavy and her colleagues for their great services.

Sreyroth with the IPS team is amazing. I was recommended by a friend to ask for her, and I would highly recommend everyone else to do the same. She worked with my budget and spent a lot of time helping me to find the perfect place. You can tell that she really cares about her customers and getting them the best deal. She was incredibly kind and patient, and never rushed me to make any decisions.

I don't usually write reviews, but having lived in a few cities this was honestly the best experience I've ever had working with an agent. Sreyroth helped to find me the perfect apartment, and has continued to be supportive even after I moved in.

It was the second time that I asked IPS to mediate, but in spite of not having reached the previous contract, he did a very polite response.
He remembered my next visit to Cambodia and gave me mail for confirmation two days before coming Phnom Penh and even if I sent a question e-mail about the desired property at late night time, I got a reply on that day.
While I had to find the property while my staying time was limited, I was able to get the contract from guidance to contract very smoothly and accurately against my weak English ability .

The service at IPS is amazing and their inventory is the best, in my opinion. Grant responded to my inquiry immediately and within 3 hours of my first conversation with Chanthy, she found me the perfect home and negotiated exactly the terms I wanted. I highly recommend IPS!
