Better customer service improvement now. Hope each of their branch within the city will work well too.
I often use this post office, when I once sent 10 items by EMS, the tracking was only good for 2 of the items. I also send items by registered post with a tracking number and most times the tracking is NOT updated. Once I send an item to Russia by registered post and it took 5 weeks to arrive. Massively poor ability to update the tracking system, right now I have sent an item by registered post and it has not been updated for 7 days, no idea where the item is right now. Having a business here in Cambodia and sending items overseas is very difficult when the post office does not take it seriously updating tracking codes, send the post office an email and they dont reply either.
The building is in great condition and the fact that it is still operational in its original function is wonderful. The information counter on the left with two staff was well located as was the board with prices for international delivery to different regions. What I didn't understand or have explained clearly was what happens to mail sent to you in Phnom Penh for instance - whether it is delivered to you or whether you have to go to the Post Office to collect. Any information on this greatly appreciated and also on customs declaration forms on let's say Xmas presents to countries outside Cambodia. Many thanks if anyone can assist with these questions.
Website says this post office close at 1730, I arrived here at 1707 after work, all the staff at the counter are packing their own stuff, preparing them-self for going home, no one wants to help and asked me to come tomorrow again?
How do they justify that you pay tax on a phone sent her from the states? This was a gift from my bro and they wont send i to battambang.
The historical building and it is now the most popular postal service in the country. The quality of service has quickly improved in recent years.
I can't get the stuff and when I call to them no one answer the phone -,- lowest service I hope that bad habbit can change
This is the main post office building in Phnom Penh. This heritage building is well kept by the government. The high ceiling and thick wall help the building to reduce the heat inside.
The picture below is the place to send stuffs and if you want to pick up your package, you have to go to the building on the south.
Reaching everyone, everywhere ✈️🚊🚕🚲
Good landmark, tourist attractions, must see.
Once you woke up the ladies at the service counter they are really nice and helpful
