The new management team of this tower in late 2017 is not quite active and not care much with the tenants. Some people smoke in the building but no action from the tower management.

Many Japanese companies are located. There is a nice sky bar, but daytime is also good for the view although the bar is closed.

Located in the heart of Phnom Penh, the building serves as a location for dozen of business including bank, real estates, hotels, restaurants, sky bar, trading companies, etc. There is also an amazing coffee shop at the ground floor - Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf :)

This is a business rental building for offices. There are Starbucks, especially sky bar with great view of the night city. Offer good food, many cocktail and wine choices and live music. The price is reasonable. Great time with friends.

Eclipse Sky Bar. 23 stories high. Good food. Good ambiance. A must see in Phnom Penh. Great way to see the whole city and the developments from a bird's eye view

Fantastic view, cold drinks ok on a hot evening but the live music was so uneventful, it was distracting. Eventually they will get it right and it will be fabulous.
