You get what you pay for, cheap and cheerful. There are two main buildings and quite a few different room standards to suit most budgets. The rooms in the original building are a little dated but perfectly serviceable.

There is a pool, spa, sauna and massage onsite which is convenient. There are a few local restaurants just outside the main entrance to save you heading into town if you don’t want to. It’s worth noting that there are plenty of options closer to the Centre.

There is secure parking with 24hr attendants so if traveling by car or motorbike it’s a decent choice. This place is and old favorite and very popular with locals so best to book ahead if during public holidays or weekends.

The hotel is newly renovated, the new building is spacious and facility are new and good quality.
Tips: book superior room for to get the best value of the hotel. The new room all comes with a big bathtub. Though its a little dark in the Walk way at night. Other than that, overall good value for money.

Recommended.

Location is a little far from the center if by tuk tuk or motorbike, but was worth it to me because it was quiet. The hotel grounds were very nice and had its own relaxing feel. Good size parking lot. Service was amazing. Only problem I had was there was only 1 elevator working when I saw 3 available.

Really good for the price. A little out of town and the service is fairly typical Khmer (read "minimal") but staff are polite and the rooms are comfortable.

Good value at this hotel, pretty clean with nice bathroom. Breakfast is decent, coffee isn't so good. They have a gym and swimming pool which after nice extras.

Nice clean and large hotel, nothing special. Weirdest thing though they only allow two people per room to swim in pool at a time, how are parents supposed to swim with their kids that way? You need a ticket from front counter to swim so our friends were lucky enough to get a desk clerk that have them a second ticket from an empty room.

Full of service from economic bed which you could find from 8$/night to 25$/night. KTV and Traditional massage are available be your service overnight at your command. But swimming pool may not as inviting as it should at the time I spent there.

A less glamorous cousin of the hotel building next to it. Staff are polite but not very helpful, while some speak minimum amount of English. Local maps are crude, faded photo copies and local tuk tuk drives failed to have effective communications with patrons. You might run into local prostitutes in the evening. Local long haul bus does not provide pickup services, and you might frown at walking 20-30 minutes to the bus depo. The good thing about this hotel is the westernized coffee shop opposite to the hotel building, which is a cross between Starbucks and Gloria Jean's. Don't go to the cafe in the morning though, as flies are likely having a picnic from last night's food debris. Visiting the coffee shop in the evening is more encouragable, as long as you can take the 33% chances of staff missing or messing up your orders.

Cheap, quiet area, clean. Nice staff.

This would be a 5 star review if they turned on the air-conditioning in the gym (I did ask) and turned on more lights in the hallways and lobby (a bit spooky).
