A really nice hotel to stay. The roof top bar if nice. The food very good, pool, gym and sauna and massage are also great. Location is very central. Wi-Fi doesn't work in rooms very well which is frustrating but everything else is quite good. Breakfast has a nice selection also and service is good. Overall I'd come back and stay here. It's right next to the main river and best part of town also

Very ornate lobby, timber lined and finished beautifully. Dual lifts with bell boy assistance. Beautiful outdoor pool with well stocked bar from which you can order food from an extensive menu.
Rooms are very comfortable with Air Con and a great bathroom.

Really elegant hotel. It's a shame that I was only staying for one night since it's a nice place to relax with good sized pool and plentiful spa/ massage options. This place certainly lives up to it's name!

We stayed here for two nights in two different rooms. The first night was decent. However, our second night was horrible. The second night, we stayed in room 109 which had beds infested with bed bugs. At 3 a.m. we were woken by one crawling on my girl friend. We looked around both beds and easily counted 5 bed bugs. We quickly packed all of our belongings and went to stay with my girl friend's parents next door. When we told the hotel about this issue, we merely received a "We're sorry." Needless to say we will never return and advise others as well.

We loved our stay there. Spacious, clean and quiet room. They had a small gym with few machines and table tennis. The pool was huge and the staff super friendly. Best value for money we had so far on our trip.
