Fitness equipments are good. Service is average. Swimming pool is so small, you cannot swim when it's crowded. Sauna, steam and jacuzzi are all small areas

I've heard a lot of complaining about the rude attitude of staffs working here, but now they improved alot in their customer service. They have a lot of fitneas Equipments, good location and occasional special promotions, etc.

A health and fitness club provides swimming pool, stem, sauna, gym, tennis, badminton, table tennis. It is not really perfect, but acceptable services.

I am revising my review one of retarded things about goo-ghoul is that you can't give ZERO STARS. Obviously all the high reviews are written by them or retards. This place is called a health and fitness center..
As a gym it leaves a lot to be desired. It does have a nice pool but the pool water is somewhat questionable. There is a restaurant that is by the end of the pool area. The restaurant is a hot mess; the staff do not understand english and it is a chore to get the simplest of things from them. The girl that works behind the counter is friendly and polite but her co-workers sit on their butts and jabber while she makes drinks, takes orders and cash. The food is TOTALLY NOT what you would want to eat before or after a workout. The menu is way stupid for a gym. More like a local diner. No protein shakes, Not even a smoothie. Also, the boys that work in the kitchen are greasy looking and I don't think I trust them. I tried a burger once and it was full of some Sugary concoction !!
The girls that work in reception have always been very polite and helpful. This is the only reason I don't give this place one star. Some people have made negative comments - "you reap what your sow". I find people in PP in general to be very friendly and helpful. When they are not, I usually find it is how they were approached.
Anyhow, the gym is generally not clean:
-there are no paper towels for wiping the equipment. Which is absolutely necessary. If you use a rag you are just smearing body goo around!!
-the locker room is just yuck
-there are sandals provided but no evidence that they are cleaned or sanitized and it's pretty obvious that does not happen.

The equipment is in a state of general neglect. Worn out items are not repaired or replaced. The machines are not properly cared for and one of the elliptical has bad feet and feels like it could tip over. they are good quality brand name elliptical machine but they need serviced.

I find their prices and frankly all the gym prices to be very high. I am not sure why a gym in PP would cost $50/month. Makes no sense. This gym has been doing 20 & 30 percent discounts. A fair price for this place would be about $30/month IF it was managed properly. Who ever manages this place should be Fired!!

The location is hard to find because in the small street, and far away from the central city. I think the Good Time Sports Club is the largest space fitness in Phnom Penh. The prize for entering a day is average with other fitness in Phnom Penh and if you pay monthly is very cheap than per day. The parking is large but the staff at the parking is not friendly to you if you no tip to them. The cashier at the counter is working hard and friendly only when their boss present at the time, if no their boss, they are don't care too much about customers. The swimming pool is nice (I gave 4 stars), I love environment around swimming pool. The tennis, badminton field, and tennis table (Ping Pong) also good. The restaurant in the inside is good service and the food also nice but expensive (x3) than the outside. Thy gym is too small, some machines are broken and the trainer doesn't like to trainer you if you don't buy some of their products. Staffs in the locker room are super friendly but I don't like the staffs in the steam and sauna room, they turn on controller in steam room to super hot, they don't want the customers to stay long in the steam room, they look down and bad kidding to customers (Me is one that they did). The Fitness is close at 9 PM but 8:30 PM they try to close the gate, I don't know about.

If you are looking for the place to exercise and relax, Good Time is highly recommended. There are two swimming pools (Kid's and adult's), Ping Pong rooms, badminton and tennis courts, Steam and Susana, and Jacuzzi. It also comprises of very big gym with plenty of machines and workout items. The parking space is big enough for cars and motorbikes. The overall price is very reasonable. It cost 6$ per adult and 4$ per kid. However, it is usually very crowded on the weekend, which makes the water becomes dirty.
