I have been a few times for various ailments, most of the doctors are professional, attentive and knowledgeable, however one visit the doctor prescribed Tylenol and Royal D and sent me home for what I later learned was typhoid.
Staff was really communicative and compassionate which is what you need when you're injured or sick. The staff who worked with me spoke English which was a huge plus. My total bill was way more than i was expecting.
Despite all the bad reviews here, I went to this place and was positively surprised. I needed the X-ray for New Zealand working visa application. On the first day they scheduled the appointment for me (few days later as this place seems to be quite busy), but on the day I arrived everyone was nice and helpful, the staff super professional. The whole process cost 104$ which is half the price than in the other medical center that offers this in Phnom Penh (I called to that place and they asked 200$). If I had to say one bad thing, it was the waiting time for the doctor. Her name was Measketh I guess, she was dressed like for a night party (all black, leather, huge rings) and I had to wait 45 minutes for her (even though there was nobody in her office). But still she acted very professionally. All in all, I had very good experience.
I have had extremely positive experiences and interactions at this clinic thus far. I was given an accurate diagnosis, thorough examination, excellent care and ongoing monitoring. My doctor correctly gave me medical orders not to fly and I feel that I am in great hands. The prices are very reasonable, especially compared to the broken healthcare system back in the USA. I’m not sure why people complain about a $90 visit with the doctor. The hospital and the doctor has to make some money to pay the bills and keep the lights on.
Have been impressed by certain doctor and nurses. We met another doctor and he's not attentive at all. At another time, a nurse told me no pictures in hospital. However, the way he said it is unacceptably rude.
Wonderful, professional, efficient, on time. Highly recommended.
The place was great, staffs and facilities are excellent. I've got a very good care during my vaccinations shot for US visa, SOS is a good place, international standards.
I'm not sure about the facilities, but the staff were friendly & helpful. Medical chk up process was pretty quick.
Had great help here when it was International SOS with amoebic dysentery.
We were there for a medical interview for a US immigrant visa. The staff was rude, lazy, and incompetent. They do not communicate with the medical professionals, and invent ways to make patients wait. After making us make repeatedly during our first visit, they called to say the interview results were ready and we could pick them up any time -- then when we arrived, told us we would have to wait two hours for the results. The entire support staff should be fired and replaced.
I would suggest for 24 hours services at least it could help for certain diseas at mid night
Doctors are good, but the service staff is embarrassing and completely incompetent
Chose to go here rather than another hospital for a visa medical and chest x-ray. I'm not sure why it has attracted poor reviews as I experienced none of the mentioned problems. The staff spoke good English and were very kind and attentive - the doctors and nurses in particular were really friendly and personable. Payment was no issue at all, and the facility was clean and comfortable.
The only thing to be mindful of, is the waiting times; I had an 8:45 appointment, and although early for it, didn't get seen until 9:10 or so. There was also a 5 day wait time from when I booked the appointment (but being used to the NHS this would be considered quick service!).
