This is a well equipped gym with everything you need. The high price puts people off which means it is quiet.

They have a variety of classes.

The pool with sun beds is very nice.

The coffee and juice bar is on the top floor which isn't convenient if you want to sit and relax by the pool after a gym session.

Staff are well trained and very polite and courteous.

The gym is very clean and orderly.

The changing rooms are ridiculously dark with glaring spotlights in places. The corner lockers at the very back are very difficult to see so your eyes need time to adjust to the dimmness of the room.

They also give out number lockers in order almost and so you sometimes have to wait to get to your locker while people change.

Best gym in town, I have been told. The price is reasonable if you pay for the year in advance, cost for one day is $15. Possibly the most wonderful pool for swimming, it's huge! And because they don't serve drinks at the pool it's mainly use for actual swimming and the accosaional sun bathing. The fitness classes are great although the instructors could improve by correcting people with poor technique.

A great gym! Price is expensive but the facilities and machines are all clean and in excellent condition! Three floors of machines and cardio equipment, a pool, spin studio, class studio, large changing area with steam room, showers, hair dryers etc. towels included in the price.

Overpriced for Cambodia. The gym of choice for 'look at me wankers'. It has great facilities but ruined by the staff and patrons. The message of 'No guns allowed" says it all. Leave your attitude & useless bodyguards at home Lmao. Been a couple of times and was not impressed. I come to workout not look out

Great gym for expats that want a one year membership. For a monthly membership this place is a bit expensive.

One of great place to work out, full facility swimming pool international standart, have classes yoga, aerobic and spinning with alot time and teachers and have cardio machone good standart also weight machine full spec and show with sauna service inside, provide towel and open from 6am to 9pm. Great Technogym equipment and nice design overall if you care that sort of thing. Air conditioning and all. But why customers have to bring towels downstairs when they could have a basket in changing room? There are cleaners everywhere including changing room which can be a negative or positive thing. Also they could have electronic locks instead of rusty old mechanical which don't work properly.

Came into the gym at 6:45 on 12/7/2016. I was planning to try the gym out with the plan of signing up for a 1 or 2 year membership.

I gave the staff a $20 US currency to pay the $15 fee. The staff responded "too old." I said "You saying the $20 bill is too old? The woman & man behind the counter responded "yes". I then said, "Do you agree it's a real $20 bill?" They responded "Yes". I then said "why won't you take it?" "Too old." They responded again.

I then said "that's ridiculous. I received the currency from a bank who didn't believe it was 'too old'." And proceed to leave because it was the only money I brought with me to pay the daily fee.

I proceed down the street to Brown Coffee & purchased a delicious cup of beverage with the same $20 bill that this gyms staff determined was "too old" while agreeing it was real currency.

The foolish part the staffs interaction with me will likely result in me purchasing a gym membership at another establishment which doesn't help the company to be profitable.
