This hotel is literally perfect! Very comfortable, beautiful design, wonderful showers, great pool, delicious breakfast, nice quiet location but walkable to center of town, and amazingly kind & helpful staff!

Budget accommodation. Decent breakfast. The standard rooms need to be renovated, especially the bathrooms where water floods after taking a shower.
Staff is friendly and eager to help you if needed.

The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the 'centre' of Siem Reap. Staff welcoming, friendly and we got a nice reception with welcome drink and cool towel. Rooms very clean and spacious. Pool area relatively small but nicely finished and peaceful. Only reason for a dropped star is the breakfast - generally pretty lacking in availability and quality was a bit below what I'd expect for what is an otherwise great place to stay.

What we did not realise when booking our rooms here was was there is not lift/elevator in the hotel. We did not request for a ground floor room, and ended up being upgraded to a 3rd floor deluxe room with balcony. It was a mixed blessing because we had in our party an elderly person who found climbing the 3 flights of stairs a little challenging. But the service here is excellent. Friendly and went the extra mile to try and find us an alternative hotel with ground floor rooms when none were available at the hotel for us. The rooms were huge and had a long bath right there almost in the middle of the room! Nice for couples.

the room was nice but unfortunately pretty much next to the kitchen and loud.. the pool area looks very nice although we didn't use it.. the breakfast buffet was okay but not more than that. I'd rate it 3.5 if i could :-)

Nice room, got an upgrade including a massage for the two of us. That was of course very nice! But during the massage there was only one skilled therapist who trained the other unskilled therapist. Reception staff was nice, providing good information. Express laundry service was not good, as we later found out didn't really clean our clothes.

Amazing. Saved me from a crappy hotel, even picking me up. Amazingly kind, spoke enough English for me to not get frustrated. Provided me with gluten free food without issue and judgement. A lot of x-pats on staff and site. Felt the most safe here of almost all travel locations. Room was in the back new addition part. A bit more expensive and 1000% suggested. I cannot day enough amazing things about the room, facilities, pool oasis, food, and mostly staff. They provided me with (I can only describe it as a personal) tuktuk to give me added security and not get ripped off. They made me feel like family. Book immediately, worth it.
