++ Big, modern and well appointed room. Attentive and friendly staff. They packed us breakfast when we had to catch an early flight. Good seize pool. They offer free pick up from airport and one way daily transfer to town before 8pm. It is possible to book tours directly from them.
-- Upon check in we found tons of dead mosquitoes on the bed, because the staff sprays the room with bug spray (there are no mosquito nets). We were put in a room without a balcony even though we booked with one, but staff did change it when we asked. No batteries in the safe. The toilet didn't flush well. The location is a bit far from town and there is not much around the hotel. Breakfast was only so so, small and stale.response / report this review -

We've stayed 6nights at this quite clean hotel with smiling friendly an (verry) helpful staff. Located 5min by tuktuk from the bussy city centre.

Amazing staff (nice, helpful and friendly), rooms are big and clean, the pool is very good size for the numbers of rooms. Beautifully decorated and dedicated. Out of the busy tourist zone!

Wow, so many outstanding things to say about Areca Angkor. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else during our time in Siem Reap. Areca is off the beaten path in Siem Reap, but still a very short tuk tuk ride to get to the Old Market. As soon as you step on the facility, you are greeted with smiles and excellent service. The staff will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. Once again, wow. I would give it 10 stars if I could!
