It is not a fancy or modern place but it is good value. It is clean, very quiet place and host fammily is very kind. Very good and cheap food too. Best ting about it that one can chill out in clean bed sheets and AC. Higly reccomend.

Can’t beat it for the price. Hot shower, clean rooms, ac works and the pool is great after a long day of temples. The host is an awesome guy and is always out with a small conversing with guests. If you need anything he really will go out of his way/above what’s expected to help.

War grundsätzlich zufrieden, für mich grösster Minuspunkt ist das kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer vorhanden ist.
Ansonsten Pool, Service und Hilfsbereitschaft des Besitzers/Verwalters top.

Superbe guesthouse avec piscine . Les chambre sont spacieuses le lit est confortable . Le personnel de l'hôtel est super serviable . Très bien situé a 10 minute a pied de tout les point d'intérêt.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, à condition de réserver en direct et non sur internet. Grande chambre, eau chaude, wifi et piscine pour un prix abordable. La guesthouse est placée dans une petite rue au calme. Le patron est génial et à rendu notre jour de l'an 2016 inoubliable :)

The place is so good. Good music, nice pool, clean and big bedrooms. Quiet and really close to the route to Angkor. Just 1km away of pub street. Bikes rental every where, loundry, supermarket. Nini, his owner its really nice as well. Ahh they have drought beer too! (tap beer)

Séjour du 14 au 23 octobre 2016 (fin de mousson) pour un groupe de 11 français en chambres doubles
Personnel plein de bonne volonté mais ne parlant ni anglais ni français, excepté la manager, et manquant de formation, .contrairement à ce qu'annonce leur site.
Chambres plus ou moins bien entretenues mais ni puces ni punaises..
Piscine très sympa et propre, jardin agréable, climatisation en chambre appréciable.Quant à la cuisine, elle n'est pas très chère et plutôt correcte.
Quelques améliorations seront les bienvenues.

For 3 night it was perfect
