Absolutely misleading advertisement and hotel name. First off, it’s very difficult to find. You walk through plastic, butcher shop curtain style blinds to enter the lobby. I give this hotel 2 stars simply because the staff were friendly and the room was large and clean. Breakfast included means that the manager has to walk you to a restaurant and pay for your meal. There is no pool at the hotel, it’s about a 5 minute walk away which also costs money that the staff reimburses you for. The hotel boasts beautiful beaches which were filthy and empty. This place is definitely a front for money laundering. All the surrounding buildings were half finished and abandoned with a sketchy casino that we tried to enter and were denied by the doorman for no reason at all. Dead rat in the alley. No where close to the city center or of anything of importance. Tuk tuk drivers were hesitant to drive us because of the distance and area. For one of the more expensive hotels in Sihanoukville, it was my least favorite.
Yummyyyyyyyyyyyy dumpling noodle
Not good value for the price at all. The place is in the middle of a construction yard for a shipyard, the beach is dirty. On the upside, service was exemplary and the manager and staff excellent. But basically it's a compound of houses, of fairly high quality, and some served by the hotel. It's not near to anywhere, though tuktuks are on hand to bring you elsewhere.
