We had booked the Delux Suite with Sea View which was described as a beautiful spacious room. When we arrived they made us pay first and then showed us the room. It was a tiny chamber, just the bed and a little space to the wall. We told the staff that this was the wrong room, that we had been confirmed another, and showed our booking. But the girl said (her words): Oh no, you're in the right room. It's not the size of the room, it's the sea view that matters. We did not agree, but she didn't mind.

Neither did we get the room we had booked nor did we get a refund.

So if you like go get screwed, nevermind, come to this guesthouse. If you prefer honest and friendly hotel and staff I strongly recommend to choose another.

This place is extremely modern in comparison to the rest of the island. Some of the staff are Western. So communication is pretty easy.

The rooms are nice. The beds are cozy. The air conditioning blows extra cold!

Wi-Fi is a bit slow but it's like that all over the island.

When you stay there you will get $3 food vouchers so you can use them in the restaurant.

Also note that it is located down a alley way up a hill so if you have a lot of luggage be prepared to haul it up there or you can pay somebody a couple of dollars to bring it for you

We had a really great experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. They even arranged a birthday cake to be delivered from the mainland to make my wife's birthday extra special. The food in the restaurant was delicious, we ate there at least once a day. One of the nicer hotels in the area, hence the higher price point. Breakfast is pretty decent but WiFi is difficult to get on the upper floors. Close to the main Koh Rong strip.
