The slipper and toilet is quite dirty. The door frame and table was broken.
Nice rooms, great location. Need an elevator, very steep stairs.
Great price. Great services. Great location: very close to the night market, old market, psar kandal, and mekong river; 10 mins walk to the royal palace and wat phnom. The only drawback is that it doesnt have any elevator: use stairs!. However, if you're not pregnant or old or sick, it should not be a problem then.
Checked in last minute because our morning bus to Saigon leaves from outside the front door ! Where a nice room and the food was really good!
Attentive staff with nice accommodation. However, big minus from an extremely thin wall. You can hear the noise from the night market, your neighbour walking, talking, making love. All inclusive.
They also have no lift and the stairs are spiral and steep so you need to be extra careful.
Would not recommend this place if you want a decent sleep.
You should never stay this hotel if you do not want to lose your laundries and get no help or compensation from the manager or the hotel. Really terribly bad!!!
Good place to stay, walking distance to the Mekong River, clean and modern design rooms, i like the concept of the bathroom, but I suggest the shower area would be enclosed.
Didn't pick up the laundry and then tried to charge 5 dollar per kilo . But after dialoge everything was ok so far. New staff .
The hotel is perfect if you are taking the Giant Ibis bus, because it's right outside. Other than that I would skip it, it's nice looking but in a cheap way.
The hotel is in a good location but just way too noisy. Very hard to get a good night's sleep.
Great looking and modern hotel with a very friendly staff and with an ideal location - especially if you want to travel with GiantIbis buses, which has their main city stop next to the hotel. Also, the Wi-Fi here is the fastest and most reliable I experienced have seen on my month trip trough Thailand and Cambodia. However, (1) I found the hotel badly noise isolated, which meant i could hear what the people in the room next door was talking about. (2) Also, the rooms could have been more clean. For example, there was signs of the previous guest's toothbrushing on the mirror and there was a lot of dust behind the bed. (3) The breakfast is not a buffet, and you have to choose American Breakfast, Omelette or Rice with pork and salad. Fair enough, but they use like 20-30 minutes to make this breakfast per person, so make sure you plan enough time if you are in a hurry.
Cool /romantic rooms, and fantastic when traveling with "Giant Ibis" bus between Siem Reap - Phnom Penh - Ho Chi Minh, as it is 15 seconds walk from the bus station
The rooms are modern, but dark, bed comfy, the shower is a bit weird. The central location is good however was a bit noisy at night. Breakfast (extra 3$) was nice
