  It is a home in Cambodia. Good facilities, enough space, nice staff and convenient location. There is a nice restaurant at ground floor, "The Shop". And Exchange Square which has Lucky Premium Supermarket is close to here.

  Have had several appointments in this plush residence. Almost surreal inside. Wonderfully quiet and spotless.
  
  Expensive ($1500+ per month) self-contained apartments that are mostly occupied, in my experience, by employees of financial institutions that are contracted in Phnom Penh for 3-5 years.
  
  Nonetheless the rooms are big (1 bedroom) and spacious lounges that often used as a second bed because of the sofas. Western kitchens, room service etc. Nice pools too.
