The nails and waxing advertised on the website are only at the BKK branch and they aren't actually part of the spa, they are at a place next door called New Jack Holt Salon. The waxing area is bare minimum Next time I will fork over the extra $5 and go somewhere nice.

Unpleasant experience. My first masseuse was so strong that i requested to change her. Next nasseuse was very sloppy. It was very uncomfortable experience.

Facility & Service were good. I loved dessert after massage. I don’t know what it is but it is sweet and creamy :)

They don’t have Head& Shoulder or back massage, please refer it.

One of the best massage in years!
I live in Cambodia since many years and love the pleasure of a 90min affordable massage. This evening I was extremely surprised that Mrs Lea, (#112) gave me one of the best massages I had in a long time. Not only did she understood the word 'strong' she further knew exactly how strong of a treatment she could apply to each spot of my back. (It was a tiny bit painful but a good massage has to) . The place itself is clean, does have showers and is expensive ($27 for 90min). And also previous reviewers were correct when complaining about the noisy, chitchatering staff.

Tip: always ask how long you will wait. I've had good Khmer massages at one of their other branches before but when I went in to get a foot massage I'm fairly certain they forgot me. After 30+ minutes they came to say please wait 5 minutes. Since I had run out of time I asked for a half hour massage instead of a full hour, but there said they couldn't do that. Finally he (the manager? Assistant manager?) conceded that he could offer it for a half hour but could only charge me for the full price. Which is ridiculous after they have made a mistake and forgotten you, so I left without a massage (lots of masseuses standing around downstairs so I don't think they were busy). I'll try the other branch again but only if I feel like making sure they tell me the wait time before hand and going to find someone to see what's up if they exceed that. If it's good, it's good, but don't expect customer service if it's not.

    OK, but not that fancy
Reasonable price but the staff is very unprofessional, laughing all the time during the massage
The outdoor is full of greeneries!

I had a relaxing traditional Khmer massage with a friend here. Very relaxing, nice ambiance. The music was a little heavy-handed for my tastes (a little less of the pan flute would be nice) but I understand that's par for the course in these kinds of establishments.
