The best restaurant to eat in Siem Reap Cambodia. Very nice food with a lot of vegetarian options. The staff were friendly and the whole initiative is setup to train and provide a job experience for local people. Not only for the great food but for those who are socially enterprise- this is a great way to support the local people. So we are highly recommended it.

One of the best meals I've in Siem Reap. All of the staff at Butterflies Garden were friendly and welcoming. They were attentive without hovering too much. The food was excellent, extraordinary, and amazing. Perfect flavors and cooking.The idea of the restaurant is wonderful, training people to become hospitality staff and earn incomes is a great thing to do. If you're in Siem Reap and looking for a fabulous meal and evening then stop by Butterflies Garden Restaurant.

Great restaurant with delicious food. The owners take pride in training their staff and providing opportunity to locals, ensuring they have jobs and skills that will allow them to build a career. The food and service is sensational, and at less than $ 8 a meal. Highly Recommend

Fantastic concept. The Butterflies Garden Restaurant is used too train disadvantaged Cambodian youths to work in restaurants. So by eating there you help the education of these people. The staff and trainees were very friendly and outdid themselves to serve you in the most professional way.
Oh, and the food is delicious too!

Surprised by the low average score. Perhaps consistency is an issue, but my food was very good. Mango salad outstanding, chilled carrot soup great (but not chilled) and the set menu was a good value - lots of food with desert and coffee/tea. Happy hour drinks also a good value. Would return. Service was fairly good, communication in English is a bit weak.

Very nice and calm, Nice garden and a lot of butterflys, good food and drinks. Staff and owner always smile and helpfull. Always vist on my trips to Siem Reap. The owner is very much involved in charity, and try to help young people whit work and educatio. So a visit at butterfly garden is also help to people in need.

No butterflies. Dirty koi 'pond'. Hundreds of very unhappy & unhealthy looking fish all crammed into a filthy artificial tank. Only a few vegetarian options which all come with fish sauce anyway.

This is a poor country so unless you are dining in a Hyatt hotel or the local Sofitel, you should not expect luxury, design and perfect English.

This little place however is doing its best. The food is tasty and affordable, the staff is friendly, the garden area is cute and cozy and we were visited by a few lovely butterflies while eating.

To those disappointed by the low number of butterflies, please consider what time of the year it is, what the weather is like and what time of the day it is. Butterflies are living beings they cannot cater to humans all the time like we are Disney princesses.

Fresh spring rolls, attentive staff and relaxed atmosphere amongst a tropical garden setting with butterflies, water ponds etc. Beer was also nice and cold!

Butterflies Garden Restaurant is the best restaurant to eat in Siem Reap, Cambodia.Food and service really excellent, After a long,hot day at the temples, relax to soft music, While we ate lunch here and enjoyed a lovely Khmer and International cuisine with an ice cold drink in among of 1000 tropical Butterflies.Staff is really nice and prices are very correct for the quality you get. Highly Recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant was amazing. The seafood was exceptional and the service was great. The cause is a good cause and the kids enjoyed chasing the butterflies in the netted enclosure. A must see when in Siem Reap.

Excellent Cambodia food, in a cosy garden. The restaurant runs as a social business .The staffs are very kind and professional. The Beef burger and Local steak was very good. Congratulations to this business for its social focus, engaging youth and training them.
