  Clean and big villa, cheap price, staff are helpful

  Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Kleine Bungalow Anlage mit wirklich großem Zimmer und Bad. Leider keine eigene Terrasse. Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist gut. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der kostenlose Pickup Service vom bzw. zum Flughafen. Auch wird man kostenlos in die Stadt gebracht. Das ist jedoch auch notwendig da direkt beim Hotel keinerlei Infrastruktur vorhanden ist. Auch zu erwähnen ist das das Management bei Problemen überaus professionell reagiert. Buchungen von Ausflügen im Hotel sollte man sich genau erklären lassen da hier oft nur der Fahrpreis ohne Nebenkosten angegeben wird. Preis Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung und wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

  El sitio es chulo pero nuestra habitación justo estaba al lado de los generadores. La ubicación no es muy buena (a 2 km de Siem Reap). Eso sí, tienen un servicio de tuk tuks gratuito al pueblo y al hotel. El personal, muy majo.
