Good place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, good food. Swimming pool is nice too. Breakfast is amazing. All the facilities are working well there (place is new, opened in 2016). Prices are okay. However WiFi is awful, completely unstable Can't even have a conversation through WhatsApp with my family in Europe.
Beautiful hotel, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, always on hand to help. The communal areas are beautifully decorated with local Khmer arts and objects. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean and beds/pillows nice and comfy. The breakfast was good, plenty of variety, you can even have crepes and eggs cooked to order. We loved our stay here! Just one thing - beware the mosquitos (which seemed to be everywhere!), make sure you wear lots of repellent.
It was my second time in Cambodia and I decided to stay at the Saem Siemreap again. This time I wanted to show my partner around. What really made me come back, was the great staff at the hotel. They are attentive, super friendly and helpful at all times and what my partner and me really appreciated, is the honesty how they do things. From the beginning until the end, they made us feel very welcome.
The Saem Siemreap is more of a small and comfy hotel. The location is great, if you don’t want the touristic hassle and party music in front of your door.,it takes about 5-8 min by Tuk Tuk to the center. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. It is served in the restaurant downstairs next to the pool (indoor) and they have both western and Asian cuisine. I went with the fresh noodle soup station.
Both visits I booked an airport transfer and a non-guided tour to Angkor Wat with them. I really recommend you to do so if you like a convenient tour.
I would definitely stay here any time again. Thank you very much !
Great hotel. Amazing service. Highly recommended. We stayed there for two nights and it was great experience. Definitely we'll be back. Breakfast is great. Quality of food is really high. No complains!!!
This hotel is absolutely amazing. Definitely pricey for the area where rooms can be gotten for very, very cheap but still overall very inexpensive relative to American hotel rates. It was well worth it. The airport transfer was phenomenal and on-time even when we were delayed 1.5 hrs by the flight and immigration. Ever employee was extremely friendly and mindful. They offered us free cool lemongrass towels and a welcome drink on arrival. The hotel is very nice and comfortable and offers a more quite relaxing view than closer to downtown. Breakfast was amazing with everything imaginable offered. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Only core negative was the Wifi. It was unbelievably slow and terrible throughout the hotel
Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the room with direct pool access - it was fantastic. Really good breakfast, they start serving at 6am and provide packed breakfast if you are going to see sunrise. Tuktuk to the centre $2 and always there waiting. Would definitely stay again!
Customer service is great! The hotel helped us by packing breakfast boxes to take on our sunrise tour to Angkor Wat. Staff were always kind friendly and welcoming.
Great hotel with friendly staff willing to go out of their way for you. Pick up at the airport was flawless. Room was spacious and filled with plenty of Cambodian hardwoods. Location is outside the main center of town and not really walkable. A $2 tuk-tuk will take about 5 to 10 minutes.
This hotel was awesome, the buffet breakfast was so, so good with many options, and the customer service was exceptional. We were always greeted with a smile and everyone was so kind. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The only negative I have is that the wifi was a bit slow, but the hotel does have two wired computers for use that are much faster and you can use the printer, as well. Overall, highly recommend!
Excellent. Staff are very friendly. They help you even with minimum English they know. Humble and very polite.
Fantastic hotel and super nice staff. Great breakfast too. Really accommodating and wonderful quiet place to stay.
Very good hotel! Highly Recommended . I had a really authentic Cambodian food in the hotel restaurant .
Excellent hotel, very serene atmosphere, rooms have balcony and poolside view. Very neat & well kept rooms. Reception staff were very pleasant, humble and polite, Hospitality is superb. We are glad for having chosen Seam Siemreap. Menu has plenty of veg and non veg options also food is perfectly cooked and presented . All in all best experience and worth of money spent.
Nice service and try their Tom yam soup it will pleasantly surprise you.
Love this place. They have bath tubs! Very friendly and helpful service. Can get a tuktuk into town for 2 dollars no matter where you go. Can't say enough good things about the atmosphere too
Great hotel close to the temples of Angkor Wat. The staff is super attentive and nice. You truly feel like a king. The concierge is always available and helps you organize trips, calls you tuktuks or books you a visit at the hotel spa which offers great massages. The neighborhood is safe to walk with lots of stores, cleaners and KTVs (if you like that sort of thing).
The food in the restaurant isn't cheap but pretty good. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. First of, it ends at 10am so we always had to get up early (I'm a night person) and when we got there at 9, most of the stuff didn't look as good. The fruits looked like they've been out for hours and the juices also changed color for the worse. You can still get a fresh omlette, waffles, pancakes or crepes, though.
All in all, I would definitely stay here again, considering the amazing value.
Pros: great location, friendly staff, affordable, great pool, clean, delicious breakfast Cons: none, but bring big spray
Great service. Very polite people. Do their best to provide good services.
Had an excellent stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice room. Excellent breakfast. And excellent tuktuks to take you into town, to the temples etc.
Great location for driving out to the various temples and downturn. Friendly staff, outdoor pool, spa, and western/Khmer restaurant. Buffet style breakfast every morning from 0600-1000, ours was included in the room fee. Take away breakfasts are also available for any sunrise tours you take (free of charge of you have breakfast included with your room), just ask the front desk. Restaurant food was good, if you're tired or don't have time to venture out. Rooms were spacious and had a king size bed. We had an extra cot rolled in for one of our kids, with plenty of room left. Room had a couple chairs and a table right outside for relaxing.
The pool side balcony is very nice to relax on. Breakfast was great and a lot of food available at 6am. Only complaint is the shower. It is clean and works well however you must not turn up the pressure to high or the water hits the wall then due to the pitch runs along the tub and all over the floor. Staff was terrific.
