Best beach club resort near all but no night life arround

This hotel is very expensive and the service is not good at all. The food is also very expensive and the rooms are not clean at all. We had 2 cockroaches and a huge Spider. They have good television with hdmi and there is also good wi-fi.

Had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. On our arrival there we're no body at the reception. We had to wait 15 mins for someone to attend us. All rooms are in very poor condition. No hand shower in any of the rooms. Towels are soiled. Many staff does not speak English. Only positive review is for the breakfast spread. Well if you plan to book this hotel think twice. Plenty of misquote and there are no misquote coils. Washbasin was blocked and it was not repaired even after requesting multiple times.

The property was in good (not great) condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean. The room was clean. The property is within walking distance to the shore and the active beach scene.

Decent rooms and beds but they were fixing the roof and usually started early in the morning. The best thing about this place is the Khmer guy that runs the front desk. He's funny and helpful and will give you the best tips about sihanoukville.

Location is great and the large pool definitely a plus. Except that, everything is average, beds are standards but not super comfy. Breakfast is ok but the food is quite bad. Look for other options.

The beds are very comfortable. The front staff are great. It is a great location and the food is very good. I would have given it 5 stars if the air con didn't drip on the bed, had to move the bed away from the wall and formed a huge puddle on the floor. I would stay there again
