Nous avons passé 2 nuits à Banana bungalows. Les « bungalows » n’en sont pas vraiment; ce sont plutôt des chambres mitoyennes. Elles sont plus que rudimentaires. Il n’y a aucun fini, c’est très laid, mais ça « fait la job » pour le prix (15$, soit les moins chères du coin). Le gros avantage est que les habitations sont directement sur la plage, contrairement à la plupart des endroits à Otres Beach qui sont de l’autre côté de la rue.
Il n’y a pas d’eau chaude, l’électricité est limitée et le WiFi est absent la majorité du temps.
Autre point important : ne pas commander de margaritas au restaurant, ils sont imbuvables et pas donnés, c’est un peu insultant. Les employés sont amorphes et peu sympathiques. Voilà un endroit où on va uniquement pour le prix et l’emplacement, mais sous ces deux critères uniquement, on est bien servis.

Staff here are wonderful, spent three days in Otres and came here everyday. Food is well priced and really tasty. especially the Vegetable Amokseriously good!

The staff are very friendly and welcome you as you arrive. The bungalows are right by the beach and are set in a really nice garden area. They're small but that's all you need as you spend most of your time on the beach. There is also wifi signal in the bungalow which was pretty handy. Unfortunately the main let down was how dirty they were and in need of of TLC. We've stayed in many beach bungalows throughout SE Asia and these were by far the worst for the price you pay which is extraordinarily high (throughout the entirety of Otres area) compared to the rest of Cambodia.

The bathroom was really dirty and the bedding didn't smell fresh. Everything we owned got very damp and on the last night, it rained and it leaked quite badly through the roof. I think they need to spend a bit of that money on doing them up a bit as it is such a great location, they could be fab.
