It's clean with incredibly kind service. The rooms are neat with clean bathrooms and showers. It has a pool next door and an outside garden where you have breakfast. I would suggest this for anyone planning to stay in Siem Reap.

I stayed at Babel Guest House with a group of 12 students and I have absolutely loved the place: everybody warmly welcomed us, the rooms are spacious and clean, food was delicious and the terrasse is truly charming.
I really like the fact that this guest house is participating in several social and ecological project: recycling, free water, classes for local staff, sensibilisation to child protection in Cambodia, I have been very much impressed and would certainly come back for my own holidays.response / report this review -

Despite high expectations, our stay at Babel was only average and disturbed by so many mosquitoes in our room. There were no mosquito nets around beds, unfortunately, so we didn't sleep well. The room was spacious and the bathroom basic and the restaurant & bar area seem nice to hang out, if you don't mind the mosquito buzzing. Breakfast are not included and wifi was spotty and not working at times. While the guesthouse is trying to be run sustainably, which is why we chose it, I was disappointed that they were charging a small fee for filling up water bottles - especially knowing that at other public spaces it's free. Overall, it felt a bit like the guest house had its golden times behind and the atmosphere was slowly fading away.

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff and the owners are great and will help you with any advice you may need. The location is also top notch, both for nightlife and sightseeing in Siem Reap. Would definitely stay here again!! :D

Very including and lovely staff. Nice big rooms with both warm water and good pressure. Outside area and bar are cozy with different sitting areas. Location is quiet and within walking distance to the old town. Can highly recommend this place.

The norwegian owners and management combined with the very friendly cambodian staff, huge clean rooms, a nice outdoor area, fast wifi, great food and a big selection of daytrips to different attractions, makes this guesthouse a really good place to stay!
They have their own tuk tuk drivers, which takes you the short ride to the city center if you don't want to walk.
