Best hotel experience ever. Super clean room and wonderful staff. They were so helpful during my trip! If I return to SR, I'm definitely staying here again. It's quiet and calm and they make a great mojito.

Decent hotel good value for the price.
The problem here is that it easily happens that flies or 🦎 get in the room. Its also not very noiae proof. The AC works nicely though. Its around 10min walk to downtown and many restaurants are along the way. All restaurants sell the same and cost about the same here.

The room was great, the staff were very friendly, and the best food we had in Cambodia.

It's also very close to the night life such as pub street and night market. Would recommend, and would visit and stay there again.

They only complaint I have is that there's no power in the room when you leave. Can't recharge batteries when you need them.

Fantastic hotel. Very well located being just a short walk from the Night Market and Pub street. The staff are incredibly friendly and fun. They joined me and my friends in playing some pool in the bar area (and even some Mario Kart on my Switch). The pool area is smart and clean and the rooms are large and well air conditioned. I'll definitely go back.

What a great experience! We spent two nights here and wish we could've spent a longer time. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly. We even took a group photo together when we checked out.

The room is clean and the pool looks great (I didn't have a chance to swim in it). They were also able to arrange a tuk-tuk driver to the temples for a good price. There's also complimentary pick up and drop off to the airport. We had an issue with one of the drivers, but we told them and they immediately apologized and we did not have a driver again. They handled it very well.

To Thida, Paul and everyone else, thanks for a great time! We will definitely stay here next time we are Siem Reap.

We stayed at Secrets for three of our last nights on a one month trip. It was one of our favorite places we stayed. The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a central location, close to everything. There's a pool which was great as we came at the end of April, which is really hot. Breakfast was included in our stay and was just as good as everything else. Simple but delicious. Thank you Secrets!

We stayed two weeks at this Boutique Hotel. Usually I am not a big fan of Hotels but this small one is really a silent secret spot in busy Siem Reap. All the staff gave us a very true and honest service which makes it even better than 5-Star Hotels. And try the Banana Leave Salad on the first day rather than on the last day.

Very nice hotel. They offered us free tuktuk pickup from the airport and the hotel manager was quite helpful to plan our trip. Breakfast is good, although choice is limited. Laundry was cheap and well done (despite the many disclaimers).

A few things to be aware of:
- the hotel is located at the end of a dusty and smelly dirt road
- be ready to have a few guests in your room (geckos, spiders, reception is helpful to get rid of it)
- most receptionists barely speak English, so make sure to triple check whenever you ask them for a service
